Legislative Information
House Bill 136
House Bill 136 expands the school voucher program making all students in Ohio eligible for vouchers. If you are interested in Thanking our legislators for their support of this important piece of Legislation, it is as easy as clicking on the link below, where you are able to send your letter of support to your Representatives.

UPDATE:
OHIO Bill 136 passed and was signed into affect on July 1 2011. This is great news for the State of Ohio and DeColores Montessori. As we understand the voucher program will increase distribution of school vouchers over the next few years. Eligibility for the voucher program is based on the status of your local school district at this point and the deadline for this program is August 15, 2011. Although it may be too late for our DCM families this year, we are elated that the program is gaining some momentum. We will be sure to update you with information about this great new opportunity, but for now you can visit the School Choice Ohio website (link below) to learn more about the program.
