Gingerbread Contest

Addy Frens (DCM Student) and Dustin Leis (DCM Parent) represented DeColores Montessori in the Candy Bouquet Gingerbread House Contest held Thursday (11/18) along with several other local schools. If our house wins, the DCM Faculty, Staff and Families will receive 10% off for the remainder of the 2010-11school year. Please visit the Candy Bouquet located on Broadway in Greenville and vote for #3 (the DeColores Gingerbread House). Thanks for your hard work Dustin and Addy!!
POWER OF THE PEN -January 2011
We would like to offer our students an opportunity to participate in the Ohio Power of the Pen writing competitions. Interested students should sign-up to be on the Montessori Jr. High writing team. It will involve extra-curricular writing practice weekly before or after school. The District competition will be held in Greenville in January. Regional and State Competitions are held in March and May. Students are eligible to win recognition and awards individually or as a team. The primary goal is to improve the lifelong skill of writing while having fun!
